Training Differences Between Hollywood Stars And Normal People
As a personal trainer working in film, I’ve helped actors like Hugh Jackman , Jennifer Lawrence, Ryan Reynolds and Michael Fassbender get into shape. But the thing is, I don’t consider myself a ‘Hollywood trainer’ – in fact, I’m not even sure such a thing exists. I’m a trainer, plain and simple. Because however these stars are perceived, when it comes down to it, they’re just people like you and me. All the fame and fortune they have doesn’t change the amount of work they have to put in to get themselves into the shape of their lives. Their bodies are built the same way ours are, so the work they need to put in is, ultimately, the same as the work you’d need to put in to get similar results. The incredible physiques you see on screen are just as achievable by the people sat in the cinema watching them.
